Before shipment (cancellation request)
You may request a cancellation before your order ships. Cancellation is not guaranteed and depends on order status and processing progress. If a cancellation is confirmed, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.

After shipment
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. After delivery, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to the Returns & Refund Policy.
