Where do you ship?
We ship to the United States only.

How much is shipping?
Orders $120 or more ship free. Orders under $120 have a flat $15 shipping fee.

What is the order cutoff time?
5:00 PM (Central Standard Time, CST).

How long does it take to process my order?
Processing time is 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

How long does delivery take after shipment?
Typical transit time after shipment is 3–7 business days. Delivery timelines are estimates and can vary due to carrier conditions.

Which carriers do you use?
USPS, UPS, FedEx, and/or regional carriers.

Will I receive tracking information?
If tracking is available, we send tracking details to the email address provided at checkout when your order ships.

Can I cancel my order?
Before shipment, you may request a cancellation, but it is not guaranteed and depends on order status. After shipment, orders cannot be canceled and must follow the return process after delivery.

What is your return window?
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Who pays for return shipping?
For non-quality returns, the customer pays return shipping. For quality issues, wrong items, or shipping damage, we review the case and handle return shipping responsibility as appropriate based on the situation.

Do you charge tax at checkout?
Prices include tax, and we do not add additional tax at checkout.

How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval to the original payment method (posting time may vary by issuer).
