This Limited Warranty explains how we handle certain delivery-related issues and verified problems reported promptly after delivery.
DOA / damage / wrong item claim window (48 hours)
If your order arrives damaged, defective on arrival, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the item(s), packaging, and shipping label. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review under this Limited Warranty.
What may be covered
This Limited Warranty is intended to address:

items damaged in transit (reported within 48 hours of delivery)

wrong item received (reported within 48 hours of delivery)

verified issues present upon arrival (reported within 48 hours of delivery)
Possible solutions
After review, we may provide one of the following solutions, as appropriate:

replacement (or replacement components)

return for refund (refunds processed within 10 business days after approval)

another reasonable resolution based on the case details
What is not covered
This Limited Warranty does not cover:

issues reported after 48 hours from delivery

normal wear and tear

damage due to misuse, accidents, installation errors, or modifications

Final Sale items and custom or made-to-order items (except where required by law)
Relationship to returns
This Limited Warranty does not replace the Returns & Refund Policy. Return requests within 30 days of delivery remain subject to eligibility rules and non-returnable categories.
